We do not directly employ, endorse, or guarantee the work of any service professional. All contractor relationships are between the homeowner and the matched professional.

No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to match you with qualified professionals, TrustyLocalPros does not guarantee:

  • That a contractor will be available in your area at any given time
  • The quality, timeliness, or cost of work performed by matched professionals
  • That any specific number of quotes or matches will be provided

User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting service requests
  • Not misuse the Service for spam, fraudulent, or unlawful purposes
  • Respect the privacy and time of matched service professionals
  • Independently verify credentials, insurance, and references before hiring

Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party marketplace platforms (including but not limited to HomeAdvisor, Networx, Modernize, and QuinStreet). By submitting a service request, you acknowledge that your information may be shared with these platforms and their network of contractors. Each platform operates under its own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability

TrustyLocalPros shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with matched service professionals. This includes but is not limited to property damage, personal injury, or financial loss resulting from contractor services arranged through our platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on trustylocalpros.com — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of TrustyLocalPros and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
